The Ripoff report was filed as retribution by KNAS Foods and Rich Whyle

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

Tue, December 05, 2017

Our Company has been in business for over 4 years and have never had a customer complaint filed against us in any venue - until now.  It seems clear that Rich Whyle of KNAS Foods filed this as a false report as retaliation for a report he believes we filed against him.

Rich, when you read this, please know that you have now commited Libel and Defamation.  We will pursue legal remedies for return of our brokerage fee, as well as damages for the dishonest and spiteful lies that you have posted here.

Rich Whyle has never ordered product from our company.

Rich Whyle had presented himself to our company as a food broker that would promote and place our products with chain retailers for a fee of $3,500.  KNAS Foods was paid a $3,500 fee for their services for a 1 year period, with a guaranteed performance clause.  They commited in a written and signed contract that they would sell a minimum of $50,000 of our goods within 12 months, or they would refund the brokerage fee in full.  I am happy to provide a copy of the Contract signed by Mr. Whyle to anyone that would like the confirmation.

In 10 months, Rich has been given 3 large orders of samples which we were told he was SELLING for profit, and not providing them to potential retailers.  Further, Mr. Whyle stopped returning our calls, has refused to provide any proof that he has presented our brand to single retailer, and has refused to return the guaranteed brokerage fee.

He then filed this report as punitivie measure and retribution for various RipOff Reports that have been filed against him.  Based on reports found here, it appears that Rich Whyle has a long history dating back to 2012 of questionable dealings.
