Cancel By Owner Herbert Brown goes by the name Jack Oliver Offered a Timeshare Exit service and charged us $1,950. We've received nothing, THEY ARE ANOTHER ONE! Port St. Lucie Florida
My interactions with CBO a.k.k Cancel by Owner were minimal as to where told we would be contacted on a weekly basis. I spoke with Someone approximately 3 times back in August/September of 2014. Mr. Brown sent me several documents to sign and instructed me to fill them out and send them to the recipients. I did so. CBO then instructed me to ignore any communication from Silver Leaf Resorts, other than written communication, which there has been none.
I did not hear from anyone again.
