Campbell trucking is hiring oil drivers in Ross, ND. Primarily because they can't hold on to drivers.

Here's the deal--

Once you get hired, there are 3 weeks of training at $500. No taxes taken out.

After training you start hauling your own loads, but it's 6 weeks + until you see your first check, unlike 2-3 weeks like any other company out here. And no taxes taken out again - because they don't pay their federal taxes. So don be surprised when u get a 1099 even though we all filled out a w-4.

Within a few weeks of being out in the field, you will begin talking to other drivers out there who tell you the way their employers operate, and over and over again, things will not add up!!

Once you begin to get your checks, you'll notice the poor layout and lack of crucial information such as barrel prices, barrels hauled, or the actual MBI statements. Now, as a contractor, wouldn't you want to know how much your vehicle is making and what the loads you hauled payed out??

Brian Pazernik the payroll guy is a terrible liar and an even worse skimmer. Tell me how a load from the same well site, same barrels, same destination, somehow pays hundreds of dollars less several days later? I've asked around within other companies, and it simply doesn't happen!!!

So by now you want out, but wait remember that 6 week wait for a check? They still have 2-3 checks they're holding on to. And they skim those extra heavy! And take out a bit over $2000 for training, and training hotel cost!!! Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from Campbell trucking and find another employer. And ask if they will show you the MBI printouts!!!!!!

i had to do this do to all the research i have done, Campbell Trucking is know by many Legal Names. and they all return to the same Address at 8091 Bagley ave North Field MN 55057. I have 4 us dot numbers and 4 Mc numbers for them. and i am trying to figure out who they are running under this week.

All this is starting to look like an scam or something even bigger. i have safety records that show all the violations. all the OOS, and how many times they have changed there Cargo and primary insurance. they use scare tacts to keep their drivers from quieting with this line. you are in violation of your lease for termination and you will lose all your escrow accounts. That is alot of money so they stay. we need to all pull together to help all these inoccent drivers being had by Campbell Trucking.

Hello,

I would like to set the record straight.  This person forgot to add that when he filled out his W4 he had 10 deductions.  There for there was little taxes taken out of his check.  I must enter his deductions according to what he filled out.  I would also like to note that if there ever a problem with his pay it was never brought to my attention.  All information that he needed was available to him.  All he had to was ask to see it. Again he never did ask for that information.  All any driver has to do is ask me or the oil field manager and the actual statements would have been there for him to look at.

If he would look at the typical oil field contract, which he did sign, he would have noticed that it states that if you leave before 6 months all training cost would be taken out of his checks.  I hide nothing from drivers.  I know without them we would not be able to run a successful company.
