Part of sales was to check the lot before delivering the home, not done. This missed part of the delivery caused me to pay an additional $800 for a contractor to dig  the lot so the home would fit down the side of the lot. I am certain Camalot home sales should reimburse me for the resulting charges.

After the delivery of the unit, the sales person told me it would be 2-3 weeks before the home could be setup. The saleperson (Neal Fearon) could have told me that a month ago when I paid for the home, and make the appointment then for the home to be set up. After talking to the managers son (manager on vaca) Neal suddenly found out the unit could be setup the next day. Great! Except the setup person never finished the job. Now 2 weeks have gone by, and still home can not be lived in.

I want the manager, Kevin to be aware of the way his sales person is "taking care of his customers". Most of all, I want my retirement home asap. My house in Grafton is sold, I need to move. There is no excuse for treating consumers like this. After 40 years in the automotive business, I wold not have a job had I treated my customers as such, or the dealer would not be in business. I believe Neal (Mr Gold) Fearon delayed the setup after the managers son talked to him!
