This company is a disgrace. Communication between staff is severely lacking, and important information is often not told to the passengers.

The point of going on this trip was mainly to do an introductory Dive. We specifically told them when we arrived that we wished to do diving as well. The forms we signed at the office asked my partner if she CURRENTLY suffers any illness. When we were about to dive on the boat, the form she received was different which asked if she has or HAVE HAD any of these illnesses in the past. As she HAD epilepsy 17 years ago she ticked yes. It was then game over as she wasn't allowed to dive. They did not tell us about this prior to commencing the trip. We were extremely disappointed as we really wanted to dive. 

The ship is almost 30 years old and it shows. Broken pipe from the sink in the public toilet/shower, snorkel equipment badly damaged which caused an injury to my partner (cut her foot on the broken plastic). 

Rooms are old and dirty. We had many bed bugs that had bitten us during the night and could even see them crawling all over the sheets in the morning. The infestation was so severe that they got into our luggage. Absolutely disgusting! 

Manager Lynne is extremely rude and didn't care when we told her about these issues. I asked her if she thinks it's acceptable and she refused to comment. She also refused to give any refund or compensation. As a result we have reported these issues to the office of fair trading. 

Do you not waste your money on this company and have your Great Barrier Reef experience ruined.
