I ordered a jacket from Cabela's online but they sent the wrong color. No problem. I signed in to Cabela's webstie to file a return claim. WTF??? Not only they won't credit the shipping charge but the return shipping  would be deducted from my refund, too, and it was higher than the shipping that they won't credit! I tried to resolve it over the phone but they basically promised that they'll give a full refund and not charge me for returning the item. No email or text backing up this promise. Yeah, right... I disputed the charge through my bank. Cabela's used to be a decent company before ASS_Pro Shops bought it out. Companies like these deserve to be eaten alive by Amazon if they insist on making up for their loses by exploiting customers.
