I ordered a small microwave oven from this company--I order a lot online and have never had much problem. Their first mistake was that they shipped the wrong product. I had only 14 days to return it, but having recently broken my leg, it was quite an ordeal.

They refused to have their delivery truck pick up the item (even though they were less than 5 miles away). They said they would reimburse me for shipping costs when they gave me a refund. UPS did not make pick-ups during the hours I was at home.

I had to pay $15 for a cab to get to a late-night shipping center, then pay the $15 shipping for it to get across the Brooklyn Bridge.

After they received the item, it took them almost 3 months to give me a refund on the price of the item, then claimed not to know what I was talking about for shipping.

After a lot of explaining, complaining and e-mailing, they still wont give me the money back.
