Buy Rite Video is a dishonest ripoff fraud company. Raleigh, North Carolina
They're a scam. They charged my credit card and never sent item purchased!
I emailed SEVEN times and got NO response. I called and finally after 3 calls got someone on the phone that said he would cancel the order and it would take 30 days before they would credit my CC back. I asked to speak with a manager and was told he was "on the phone". I said "I'll hold". Then a nasty, rude, obnoxious, a*s of a human (the same voice from the recording on their phone line, owner??) picked up the phone and said "Your order is cancelled, DO NOT CALL HERE AGAIN!" p***k.
I contacted the Better Business Bureau and found out that they have had 79 complaints in the last 36 months and 54 in THE LAST 12 MONTHS for this very situation! They also told me that the owner, Ricky Luxenburg, has not provided any information to the BBB to contradict these complaints.
They're aware of the situation and THEY JUST DON'T CARE!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! They'll take your money and you'll never hear another word - they're selling items they don't even STOCK!!!
