Buy Back World Did not pay for phone sent in Long Island City New York
I sent in a phone a month ago. I recieved an email stating that my box was recieved and that the next step would be to appraise it. I have not hear anything since, and when I log into my account on their website there is nothing pending. I understand the processing time takes a while, but when I am not contacted after trying 6 different times, 3 different methods, it seems like a scam. According to the status on my account, my phone is "lost." I am wanting my payment that was offered, $62 through paypal immediately.
