This buy back company ask you to send all of your cell phones,laptops,camera,all electronics,and they will pay for them.I sented over $380.00 worth of working and good electronic..over 12 items all of them passed excepted for a Samsung Smart phone they said I needed to un-lock I couldn't un-lock without having it in my present ..after waiting almost 3 months I tried calling but they never answer phones in fact they play some evil Satanic backgground music while you wait for than to pick up the phone ...on the web site chat someone reply to me the reason they will not send me a check for all the items I sent is I never un-locked the samsung so they can't send me any refund back for all the other items..I ask them to send the money for the one's that passed and send my one smat phone back..They replied no we can't send anything because that one smat phone was not unlocked so I will not received anything..for the rest of the passed items..what kind of business is that..they get all of my items free? I will not stop until every consumer put them out of business I depend on SSI from having Bi-polar I pay all of my bill on time with no help from they government ..But I will not let these sccammer take people hard earn money..I paided for each of those item with my money
