Butler Music Knowingly sold a musical instument that was broken and unplayable describing It as "plays Perfectly" Harrisonville Missouri
This Music store advertised a discounted Cello via Reverb as "New" but has a crack in the back but "plays Perfectly" When the Instrument arrived It was immediately apparent that It was structurally broken internally, not just a crack and was unplayable.
Either the Store owners are completelly Ignorant as to the working of musical instruments which is hard to believe since they boast they have been in business since 1987 or they knowingly misrepresented it.
I complained and asked to return It, company policy is they accept returns but in this case I was to pay for return shipping even though it was not my fault. That is because return shipping costs $200 and they will not admit to misrepresenting It. The store owners were rude and condescending.
