Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

This company repeatedly called me and I finally answered one time. Their dishonest and slick sales person sold me on their product realestateagent.com directory service and gave a special introductory 90 day offer to try it out. I asked him how do I cancel if it doesn't work. He said that I need to just call them, and he gave me the number to call.  So I set up an alert on my calendar to call 10 days before it expired. I did call 10 days before the expiration to cancel, since the service had generated no business for me. I talked to a Sue Taylor and told her I wanted to cancel, she put the high pressure sales technique into full affect and told me she would give me an special deal for the next 90 days. I agreed, but asked her to remove the auto-renew and I would call her directly if I changed my mind and wanted to continue this service.  She said that was fine and agreed.  So fast forward 3 months, they have been trying to charge a card that has now been canceled and are threatening to report my account to collections for $225. I have had multiple email exchanges with Sue Taylor, who never denied the conversation we had, but pointed me to a digital contract that states that in order to cancel I must fax or email a letter that must be received 10 days prior to the beginning of the next billing cycle. Obviously, I was naive and thought this was a reputable company (should have done my homework) and took them at their word regarding the cancellation policy. Apparently this cancellation clause is buried in a long form that you are to "accept" upon activating the trial offer. They right out lie to people about the terms of the agreement and rely on the fact that most people aren't going to spend 30 minutes pouring of a long legal document.  This company, and Sue Taylor are serious low-life's and need to be disciplined my the FTC, and the State of Florida for calling numbers including mine that are on the "do not call" list, and for initially setting out to deceive customers, and steal money.
