I spoke to this attorney and he personally informed me that I as beneficiary to my father's trust fund have no legal authority to fire the trustee of my father's personal trust fund or her personal probate attorney that she hired personally, herself. I have heard from others' that I can fire the trustee of my father's trust fund and her personally appointed probate attorney.

The trustee and her probate attorney have been continuously lying to me since day 1. The trustee provided me a half page document of my father's will. I went to the Trumbull County Probate Court and obtained a four page double sided copy of my father's last will & testament which spells out all the legalities and legal details pertaining to the legal operations of my father trust fund.

Lois dearth trustee and her personal probate attorney Robert F. Burkey kept the legalities of my father's trust fund hidden from me for their own personal nefarious purposes. Also, neither of these crooks provided me with any information pertaining to how much money is in my father's trust fund. I have spoken to numerous people who have personally told me that these two crooks must provide that information to me and they have never done so.

Hall to control, and influence, and cajole my behavior and actions to confirm to the rules of Lake Pointe Homeowners' Association.

Robert F Burkey used his pretense of being my personal lawyer to schedule visits to come into my personal home and he used these personal visits to both report to Best Association Management, Inc and personal agent Tina M. Hall the living conditions of the inside of my personal condo and to control, and influence, and cajole my behavior and actions to confirm to the rules of Lake Pointe Homeowners' Association.

These are all illegal civil intentional torts and possibly even criminal actions as well, and also a clear violation of my human rights, and also taking unfair advantage of my mental and emotional disabilities which all the parties had full knowledge of my mental and emotional disabilities in advance.

They were all counting on these mental and emotional disabilities and my limited IQ abilities to keep me from ever figuring what these illegal crooks were doing to me. A formal legal grievance has been filed against Robert F. Burkey by me personally with the Ohio Supreme Court Disciplinary Counsel.

Reports were also made to the Ohio Attorney General"s Office who absolutely refuse to do anything.
