Budget Rent A Car ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing deceptive company Columbus Ohio
I rented a car from Budget rent a car, at the Columbus International Airport in Columbus Ohio. They stated to me that the car would cost $159.00 I set this order up on the phone. When I got to the Airport the customer service rep. who helped me was very rude.He asked all kind of questions that had nothing to do with the company and he also make a big fuss over not being familiar with my insurance company.
He took my insurance information but said he had to verify it by calling them since he had never heard of it. When I returned my car I found out that the amount they charged me was $1,209.00 6x's the amount I agreed to pay. In order to take all this they put a tranaction in more than once on my credit card.
