Budget Dumpster Fraudulent charges, boiler room tactics St. Petersburg Florida
This dumpster company is a nightmare!! They were two days late in delivering the dumpster which I picked up off a Groupon for around 300 dollars. They refused to pick the dumpster up for over 90 days and then charged me 10 dollars a day for a total of over 1200 dollars for one dumpster load of garbage. Which by the way can't have electroincs or tires in it. It gets worse, not only is the collections department incredibly rude, they charge you without any consent to the charges. I just had a poorly educated, ebonics slurring, angry office woman call my phone 6 times in less than 5 minutes during the work day when I trying to talk to my clients. I told her to call my secretary, she refused instead saying, "Well I'm just going to go ahead and charge you anyways." I refused the charges and not two minutes later I recieve an email of confirmation of payment. Needless to say I was bit a flustered and had to excuse myself from my clients. The horribly rude woman's name (which she refused to provide me with) is JULIANNE M. Her manager, MICHAEL HALL, also tried to defend her actions via email. I was treated rudely, my time has been wasted, and now I need to get a new Credit Card because I filed a fraud dispute. I would not advise anyone to use this dumpster company.

This complaint does not accurately reflect the situation and the customer has been refusing our communication efforts. At the time of your order, we clearly communicated and confirmed the need to schedule the removal of your dumpster. This information was successfully sent to you via email and always available on our website. Throughout the rental we attempted to contact you several times to ensure you still were using the dumpster. After 93 days past the rental period, we finally made contact.
Although we did provide you with every opportunity to avoid this charge, we generously extended a payment plan due to your expressed financial limitations. After the first payment was not made, per the agreement, we charged your card for the balance due.
We do not appreciate how you have inaccurately described our business and would like you to make the appropriate changes to your complaint. All of the call recordings associated with your rental have been reviewed and our representatives have conducted themselves with the utmost integrity. In addition, we do not have any affiliation with Groupon. We hope potential customers can consider that Budget Dumpster is reputable brand that would never deceive a customer.
