I originally ordered these patches back on February 2, 2004. The following is the last email that I sent to [email protected]:
"Well, it's March 20th now .... and still no patches. I've cancelled all other orders. I received a notice on the 12th of March stating that my patches were not going to ship for another 3 days. If that is in business days, then that means on the 17th they would have shipped. This email that you sent me below states that I would receive them in 10 business days. By my calculations, I should have received them on the 17th of March.
So, if anyone really wants these patches they seem to have to wait around 2 or more months to get them. You told me in the email below that you first processed my order on February 7th. Here is a quote from one of you: "There has not been a delay on the order remember that your request standard delivery time for the Original Diet Patch is 7 - 10 business days. Your order was processed on February 7 and the shipping was scheduled on February 11".
I'd say you need to get a new shipping company. Also, I will be notifying the BBB OnLine to let them know what I have gone through with you people. Please refund my $46.90 that you took out of my account on February 10th, from the order placed February 7th, which I have never received.
If you do not refund my money, my lawyer will be contacting you."
As you can see, this is totally unacceptable for a company to bill you and then never deliver the product.

I ordered those Diet Patches from this company and they are a rip off. I returned them for the "100% Money Back Guaratee" and have never received it.It has been over 3 months and numerous phone calls and still nothing. They just keep giving me the run-a-round. I don't know what else to do , but companies like this need to be stopped from ripping off the public. I guess they think that people will get tired off harrassing them and give up and then they come out on top getting to keep everyone's money. This is not right.

please check regulation "z" on your credit card agreement credit card companys are able and responisble by law to assist you. you can dispute any charges to your credit card for various reasons including unauthorized charges,or even non-delivery of services, there is a time frame so make your credit card company aware asap. keeps you from going back and forth with the scamers most companys will only ask you to contact merchant at lest once and then let them take over form there READ ABOUT REGULATION "z" ON YOUR CARD MEMBERS AGREEMENT
