Bryan Mohr cannot be trusted. Bryan owns computer-help.us and he is very sneaky. He entered into a signed agreement with my company. Now keep in mind, Bryan doesn't actually repair anything. He just swaps parts. This requires absolutely no skill whatsoever.  He ended up entering into a contract with my company to do the work that he is not equipped to do for himself.

I was concerned about doing business with Bryan at all, because on the phone, he sounds "slow". And I'm not saying that to poke fun of people who are slow, but I interpret it as acute laziness. He's too laze to open his mouth to form a coherent sentence. And to me, that was a red flag that doing business with him would be more trouble than it's worth. Ordinarily I qualify customers before I accept them - to weed out wack jobs like Bryan Mohr.

Anyway, I ended up repairing several units for him. They were all tested before they left here - multiple times. They passed each and every test. I shipped them back. He then claimed that one wasn't working.

Now, there's a  procedure for that. If a unit fails, the customer DOES have recourse. They can send the unit back in for repair - for no additional charge. I repeatedly told him to send it back in, and he repeatedly responded with impertinent responses. I felt like I was doing business with a ten year old. It was very frustrating.

I want you to read the following email. Bryan sent it to me, after I told him, for the 10th time - to send the malfunctioning unit back in:

"

If you assure me that the dv7 will come back to me (hopefully quickly since it's been a few months since I originally sent it to you), are you still offering to pay the return shipping and to do a fix on another laptop free of charge like you originally offered before the "bad blood"?

I have an emachines m6805 that I believe just needs a simple DC jack replacement. I would do it, but I'd like to attempt to salvage some kind of working relationship with you if everything works out.

 "
Sounds like he is trying to be rational, right? Key word - trying. Bryan Mohr doesn't know the meaning of the word. He's a bridge burner. So, even after we clearly established that all he had to do was send the unit back in for repair, Bryan Mohr goes on one of his psycho tantrums again. This time, he trashes me online to competitor  - and caused that competitor to publicly post some vicious, false online statements.

So, instead of working with me in accordance with his clearly written signed contract as we agreed to, Bryan Mohr thought that it would be ok to try and vandalize my company. And listen - if you've ever talked to Bryan Mohr, you would see exactly
what I'm talking about when I say that he seems "slow". Do yourself a favor and do NOT do business with him. He will say one thing and do something else. He has an "entitlement" attitude that makes him very difficult to work with. His highly unprofessional attitude and malicious intent are nauseating. Find someone a little more competent tofix your computer, and stay away from this idiot.

I made a good faith effort to resolve Bryan's problems and he publicly attacks my company in an attempt to hurt my business? Well guess what Bryan? You're not the only one who can write a blog.

Mohr, just because I didn't drop everything I was doing and didn't ship it the second you told me to doesn't mean I want to steal your garbage.  Look, I'm not going to hold your lack of intelligence against you. I work with a lot of shops, and you are by far one of the most unreasonable and most dishonest people I have ever met. I wonder how many other real repair shops you have pulled this nonsense with. Your business is an absolute joke. We both know that you can't fix anything. That's why you hired me. I guarantee you that there is nothing wrong with the laptop, it's probably just you. I was more than willing to fix it again but you wanted to play this silly little games. But that's fine, what goes around comes around. I've already had one of your old customers contact me about your inadequate services. I am an easy person to work with, but I am not a doormat and I won't let a lowlife life like you slander my business. I did everything you asked me to do and you still wanted to start a fight. You've got some serious issues Bryan Mohr.

And way to go Howell, keep on spamming other people's posts, because that's what you do best isn't it? The internet is littered with your spam. Notice no one pays any attention to you.

Now we see TT is just Robert Mannarino masking himself again as customer so no one will focus on ibuiltonline, PrecisionDiv, geeksarenotcool, precisiondivisionfla, or PrecisionDivision.com

Yet another review by Robert Mannarino.  Let's focus on the facts as Precision Division enjoys doing so frequently these days.  I am not stating he is a criminal or a thief or even enjoys the Twinkie down his throat, but I do state the facts as they are stated to me and I see.

Fact one:  If you issue a challenge to Robert Mannarino he will take it out on you.  Just ask Bryan Mohr.

http://www.ripoffreport.com/computer-service-repair/bryan-mohr/bryan-mohr-bryan-mohr-bryan-m-f0d31.htm

That is what Precision Division - Advanced Computer Repair of Clearwater, Florida and Mount Carmel, PA will do to you as a customer.  Not only does he do the same to his competition when he feels threatened, he does it to his former clients.  The people who support him, he turns on a gashes them open.  Now I have had my share of people whom have had repairs go wrong.  When you work on over 2000 systems in a year that is bound to happen, but the emails I receive from clients go to a dark personal level of disrespect on Precision Division's part reviewing how he handles the situation.

Fact two:  The reviews posted, negative about me or positive about him, are false.

This user TT is false.  For three months I worked salvaging copper, aluminum, and steel from my former shop and area to clean up and pay bills.  This would mean that six months from this date I had little to no time to place ads, solicit for work, or much else which includes customer service.  If someone called you bet I ignored it since I was shoving concrete in a separator to get out the copper!

Fact three:  I have documented enough to fill a court on him.

I don't feel like playing your childish name calling games anymore. You and I both know that I have not lied about anything said in any of my comments. You still have my stolen HP Pavilion dv6305us (do you need the serial number? I have it as you suggested). As it stands, I'm done with you. And I sincerely hope everyone else who realizes just what type of person you really are is done dealing with you as well. Good luck in your pathetic little wish for a life.

Bryan Mohr, you are a liar. I bent over backwards to work with you and you have been extremely confrontational and uncooperative. Usually when I work with shops, they are competent enough to know how to read. You - are not.  I tried to make it as easy as I could for you. If a unit fails, send it back in. But you wanted to turn everything into a project, and you blame everyone else for your problems. That's why no one wants to work with you Bryan.

And yes - you are an unskilled worker. You can't fix anything. Don't lie to people - tell them the truth. You look at a computer and say "needs a motherboard" and you screw another one in and tell them you "fixed it". I can train a chimp to do that.

I was more than willing to work with you, but you decided to open your big mouth and lie to everyone. And for the fifth time Einstein, the foil isn't to "fix" the laptop. It helps draw heat away from a hot chip to help prevent it from breaking down again. I know that's a very difficult concept for a simple minded guy like yourself. Maybe I'll draw you some pictures so that you can understand it a little better.

Funny you left out ...

#8REBUTTAL Owner of company

Robert,

Funny how you seemed to have left out the facts that out of 5 computers that were sent to you, only 4 were returned (the HP
Pavilion dv6305us is still "missing"). And that out of the 4 that were returned only 1 of them was fixed (you claimed 2). You
repeatedly asked me to send back the HP Pavilion dv7 so that you could repair it under warranty but after waiting for almost 2 months to get back 4 of the 5 that were originally sent, there was not a single chance that I was going to send back the dv7 and have that one go "missing" as well. It's funny that you chose that last email to quote from because that wasn't trying to mend fences or repair relationships with you at all. It was my last ditch effort to try to get the dv6305 sent back to me. That's why I said that I would send it when the 6305 arrived. But to tell the truth, the dv7 had already been sent out to another company that I have dealt with in the past and trust to do good work.

And thank you for adding a little bit more evidence for me about just what kind of person you are. I am fully prepared for a
countersuit against you and am very willing and able to follow through with it.

I do not just "swap parts" and I also don't use aluminum foil and electrical tape to solve the GPU overheating problem and the nVidia graphics problem. That looked extremely unprofessional. And taping wires down over a speaker bar when they should have been routed through the guides, come on Robert!

When I take apart a machine to fix a problem, I do everything that I know how to do. I don't know everything and I admit that. That's why I called you in the first place. But you left 2 motherboard ribbon cables unplugged on the dv7 that were supposed to go to the power panel and Webcam.

At least when I put a machine back together, I put it back together correctly with ALL the screws in the right places, and
all ribbon cables properly connected. You couldn't even get that right. If I can't fix something, I'll take it to someone who has
the equipment and knowledge that I am still working on to get it done right. I was looking for someone new when I found you because the first guy that fixed my dv9720us didn't do a wonderful job and I was hoping to find someone else. But now I have 2 companies that I am going to deal with exclusively. When I mentioned Precision Division to them they both had nothing good to say about any of the work you do.

You only charge 99 cents for your "consultation" on eBay. That's about what your total service is worth.

As for your "contract". It is laughable! It will not stand up, I just can't wait to have my lawyer tear it to shreds. Basically it
says "Don't make fun of me or I won't like you and I'll make you pay!" Well, let's just let the lawyers see who makes who pay! I'm driving out there and gas and my time aren't cheap!

See you in court. Oh, and the harassment stops here. No more phone calls, no more electronic mail (that's email), nothing. All I want is a summons and/or a box with the stolen HP Pavilion dv6305us inside, in the same condition as when I sent it to you.

Bryan

Check my feedback. I treat everyone with respect! You need to learn to have some. And what exactly is a "psycho tantrum"? Is this just a regular temper tantrum or more like the kind when you're starting to feel the pressure that you must be feeling right now with a large countersuit pending. Can't wait to see you in the halls of justice.
