Brightstar device protection Boost shield Denied a claim Alpharetta Georgia
According to them they would replace a phone with a used or new phone if my phone had an electrical failure. The phone does not charge even if it's plugged and I believe this is an electrical failure since the phone has no replacable battery. And my claim was denied, so I feel this program is a scam.
