Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I purchased a set of tires from Firestone earlier this year (March 2013) and after they were installed I noticed an issue with my wheel alignment. In order for me to drive the vehicle straight the car and wheel would drift to the right. I notified a "Kenny" who drove it around the block a few days after I returned it saying "he recognized it as well and maybe it was just tight and would return to normal (It never did) or I could purchase a whole new front end alignment.(I never had the issue prior to the new tire installation so why would it be a recommendation now?)

I visited the same location throughout the year for other services. Noticed the wheel issue getting worse last week.I had two blowouts 5 days apart on both the front tires.Talk about a nightmare! Treading damage was the same.Coincidence or no? I contacted the manager "Donald" who was not helpful or professional. He only let me know I wasn't under warranty and could pay full price for repairs. I honestly feel they are responsible for either selling bad tires or causing alignment issues with my steering wheel which caused the blowout.

I am a female so you know how that goes in the auto industry. This discrimination lead to me calling the corporate office. I spoke with a District rep "Jeff" that was nice and helpful. He informed me to return the vehicle to the location and "Rick" would take care of it. I returned the vehicle on 11/23/2013 with that understanding. I got a phone call on day2 from a "Tom" who knew nothing about the situation I assume from poor communication within the staff. He wanted to let me know I needed new tires and an alignment. Hello???? Of course I do.

I received another call on day3 from a rude corporate rep named "Keith" saying he didn't feel they were responsible for handling anything but they would replace the tires and run an alignment check and my car would be ready that afternoon. It wasn't. I called to check on the status of the vehicle at 6pm since the shop closed at 7 and I had yet to hear any feedback. "Donald" stated it was being handled "right now" It wasn't. I arrived at the shop at 6:50 and my car was still in the airlift. I left at 8:15pm with a partially repaired vehicle.

They dropped the ball again and this matter is still not fully resolved. I am beyond frustrated with this business and the negligence of this location and staff.

Hello,

My name is Tom and I am with the Firestone Complete Auto Care Corporate Offices. I have located your case file which indicates the effected tires were not purchased from one of our locations, nor are they Bridgestone/Firestone brand. Our records also indicate that the tires had edge wear which is a clear indication of alignment issues. Alignment checks are recommended every 6-months. Furthermore, we provided two no-charge tires as customer satisfaction as you are a loyal customer and we always try to help. I apologize for the delay during these free services and would be happy to assist you in the future at [email protected].

Please proofread/spellcheck before posting what claims to be a rebuttal, or at least type what you're attempting to express properly. Do your research first and then send a memo for this location to get their act together. Check the yelp and bbb complaints /reviews and then conjure up an excuse on their behalf. Each of those patrons had very similar issues. So yes, I'm quite certain they created this problem. It's not a "more or likely curb created issue, it's a consistent Firestone issue. My steering wheel was A1 prior to the tire installation. READ, then write. No county for scammers period including you.

So you have NO warrenty and you FEEL they did this to your car. You do realize that you can know your alignment out by simply hitting a curb wrong. Which is more then likely what caused YOUR isse and your just scamming them for new tired because you do not wish to pay for them. Once again the American Conscammer strikes again. Why admit fault LIKE A RESPONSABLE ADULT, when you can bullshit your way into some free tires.
