Be really sure you want this product because this company gives a very, very short refund time, and only gives a partial refund. Makes me wonder why they aren't more confident in their product. I still haven't got it to work, and I'm not at all happy with it. I asked for a refund on the 8th day - ONE day past the refund timeframe and only 5 days after I installed it.

The text-to-speech software is hard to set up and after I worked with it a bit trying to set it up, I didn't feel comfortable putting it on my PC. I definitely DO NOT trust this company after my experience. Now that I've dug deeper and read more reviews I find they are mostly from India, probably employees or paid reviews. So I'm out $50 and I won't reinstall it. Like I said, I'm not comfortable with it, don't trust them and I don't want it on my computer.

I couldn't find the refund policy -they sent it to me when I requested a refund. I looked several times and even googled it a few times, I couldn't find it. Here is what they sent me as their refund policy:

"Please email us from your registered email address with a clear explanation of the reason for refund, to avail refund within 7 days of date of purchase. We'd love to know where things went wrong, or how we can improve. Please note that 15% will be deducted from refund amount as service charge and payment gateway fees."

Sounds like a company that makes good money on their very limited refund policy ... especially when you can't find it and don't know what it is until it's too late. Most online businesses give at least 14 days and a full refund; many give 30 days.
