Brian Salle Karen Salle Black Point at Linville Falls Brian Spears, Brian Soleil, Karen Soleil Known Scammers Now in the Mountains Linville North Carolina
There are a host of Rip off Reports regarding Brian and Karen Salle. I learned about their new "real estate" investment opportunities as someone close to me was contacted for services. I did my research and learned about their history of scamming in Florida and wanted to warn people that they have now moved their operation to NC. The last thing I want to see in my home state is for scammers to make their way up here and begin ripping people off. So far the two reviews they've received on google sound very similar to their past history "Watch out for these people and their business practices. I performed numerous Handyman tasks for them, and never received compensation." "Very unprofessional people. I designed an Invitation for them and they never complete the payment."
So please beware of these folks and now that I know how they operate I have begun warning people in the area. DO NOT TRUST THEM! or their "real estate"
