Purchased a Braun Series 7  ( model # 790 ) a week ago. ( 8/2/2016 ). This  Electric razor cost over a $150.00.

I have used it each since I got it, and it worked fine, Then as of this morning, the shaving head got very warm. I could feel the different in it. From what it was before this morning and this mornings temp.

I called the Braun Company, and spoke to some male. I told him the prolem, as I wrote above. He told we he needed to go check that out, puts me on hold, about Three (3) Min. comes back and says it could be the lower part of the razor that is causing this. Then says I need to take or send it to a repair station, and tells me I will have it back in 3-4 WEEKS!!

I told him, that is the Dumbest thing I have ever heard. I told him, that I believe the head has a problem, and needs to be replaced. He says That I could also get a refund, since it is in the return period I have been shaving with Braun shavers for over 30 years, and had this happen before on other ones.  I am 80 years old, and don't believe the thinking of some of the ones, you HAVE to speak too, on these companies. If they knew the answers, they wouldn't have to put you on hold time after time, and since they are no more versed in what they are "trying" to converse about, the customer is the one that gets nothing done. You brought the product from the company that hired him, in turn you are helping to pay him or her. Very SAD.
