So you want to trash Brandsmart because you purchased a product, it fell over while in YOUR control and custody and it broke, and the manager at Brandsmart told you that since it had sustained physical damage, they could not take it back? If you buy a car, drive it home, park in your driveway, get out really quick to check your mailbox but forget to put it in park....and the car rolls back and hits a tree...do you think the dealership should take any responsibility for the damage to your car? Are you serious?
Granted, Brandsmart has a terrible reputation for warranty work, return policy and a host of other things but lady....what world do you live in that you think a business should give YOU money back for an item that YOU are responsible for breaking? You are exactly what is wrong with America today.
