Goodyear Gives Bad Customer Service
Own a 1994 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme for which I needed to get three Goodyear Eagle Ga tires.Called local Brad Ragan Goodyear shop that I had bought one tire from last year.Told me they had none my size in stock but were expecting some the next week.Heard nothing from them all the next week so I called them.Told me that they had gotten tires in but had sent them to the Salem,Va store as they were being taken over by another company.However, no one bothered to call and tell me that.I called the Salem store and was told they had not gotten any tires and were maybe getting some next week. Did not know for sure.Did not ask if I wanted them to call if some came in, etc. Like they did not care if they sold any or not. Went to a small town 60 miles from home, in Covington, Va and got them there no problem. Really felt like I had been given the run around in Roanoke and Salem, and will never buy from Goodyear again.
