We purchase this software for our a/c service department with two licenses for two computers. Almost $2,500 later we have no idea how to use this program, there are no instructions and no training. We have had top IT guys come in and try to operate this program with no luck, it is very difficult to use and in my opinion with other software for HVAC a piece of junk. There is no 800 number to call and speak with a live person, communication is limited

to e-mail only and can take DAYS for answers, so if you have any trouble close down your service department because you be out of buisness because of this terrible software. You be better off buying microsoft excel for $100 to keep a schedule than to buy this useless program. Please DO NOT give these people your hard earn money, do not fall for there sales pitch, if anyone mentions to you BLSS please run as fast as you can!

The tech support has contacted us and quickly solved our problem, they were very friendly and helpful.

The software is very impressive and is exactly what our service departmwnt needs.

I highly recommend the software to any other contractor, price and service you can't get any better.

 We at Bottom Line Software have been in business since 1988 and have thousands of happy customers using our software and running their business successfully.

  It is very easy for an individual, obviously that does not have a clue what they are talking about, to post anything they want on the internet and remain anonymous.

 The facts which sometimes get lost in a attack such as this are:
  Our 2 person network product is $1495.00 not $2500. The statement that was made by the anonymous individual that they spent $2500 is just a lie.

 We provide a years free unlimited technical support from the date of purchase of any of our software products, we provide a 500+ page user's manual free with the software in PDF format that can be printed or searched for a phrase or key word easily and our screens all have help notes built in that anyone except an anonymous individual without a clue find very helpful. Another fact, we answer 98% of our emails within one hour during normal business hours anyone who wants support gets it.

 If our software was so hard to operate I don't think we would have been in business for 25 years.

 Our software cannot make anonymous people without a clue smarter and we don't think Microsoft Excel can either.

 I think in this case you should consider the source.
