Boss Ultra Cleaning Damages my tile, doors, door stops, and didnt show up the 1st 2 times now cannot get in contact with anyone. Mesa Arizona
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They make 2 appointments with me and no one ever showed up. The 3rd technician finally showed up an hour late. They severely damaged all my tile!!!!! They scratched/etched all areas close to grout and also broke corners off multiple tiles!!! The chemical they used was sprayed all over my doors and baseboards and STAINED everything it came in contact with!!!
My new door stops are also tarnished from this chemical and my grout is now 4 DIFFERENT COLORS!!! They promised to send out a different technician which was a lie!!! They sent out the same guy who damaged everything. He tried to paint over the STAINED doors but he was obviously was no painter and after I found multiple runs I told him to just stop.
The national manager, Michael, promised to call me back that same day with options on how to fix my damaged home and has never called me back. I have messaged and called the office but no one is calling me back!!! I am warning others not to use this company to save them from this lack of professionalism by this company. The technician told me they are just an advertising company who gets the money and then calls any cleaning place to come do the work.
