Boss Marketing Concepts rip off scam con artists, rushed me into doing business and then ripped me off Inglewood California
Boss Marketing Concepts operates a SCAM, I don't believe they ever plan on completing the promised work for anyone. All they do is defraud businesses and know they won't be called on the carpet for it because it will cost the targeted company more then the losses to fight it.
After negotiating a 'refundable fee', they then introduced another company into the mix, a company that supposedly needed to use our product as a lost leader, to assist in marketing their services.
It all seemed to be legitimate until once we paid them. Boss then had excuse after excuse why they couldn't start, or needed to wait, or why the sales people weren't ready just yet. "You can't rush these things" is what Chris would always say.
The company Boss introduced me to during negotiations contacted me and stated Boss was a rip off, that they were telling two different stories, one to my company and one to his company. I called Boss immediately and told them our contract was null and void and we wanted our money back.
Boss then said that I breached my contract with them because I spoke with the other company. What a group of scammers and liars, it is truly fraud. The Montgomery Brothers told me good luck getting my money back, they would just tie it up in court for two years. Too bad it costs so much to hire a good attorney I would have loved to have ripped their #$!&*'s off.
Here is a little piece of what they promised in their Agreement:
During the term of this Agreement, BOSS shall recruit Marketers to sell Provider's Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement [including maintaining its sales organization in sufficient form and substance to guarantee a minimum to Provider of 80 closed new accounts in 90 days or refund Providers set up fee in full]
BOSS shall maintain a constant minimum of fifty telemarketing reps assigned to the account of Provider, with the expectation of 12,000 world-wide reps working on the projects of Provider.
