I started Bonzi.com on my computer. They did not do anything for me and I canceled. My credit card is continuing to be billed $9.95 each month. Even though I don't have Bonzi Golden anymore. I spoke with my credit card representative and she told me that I would have to get Bonzi to cancel. I called the number that they gave me and I didn't get to talk to anyone human. I feel this is a rip off. Please help.

I too beganned to download www.bonzi.com to get rid of my popup ads. Before the download beganned they wanted my credit card info.I made the mistake of giving it out. As I beganned to read the fine print I realized they were saying they werent guaranteeing anything about the popup blocker. I stopped the down load and was shocked to find out they had billed my credit card anyway. I called the phone number on my cc bill. I got a thank you for calling bonzi/ a silence and a click... you cant get thru... I lost 50 some dollars...Dont give your cc# out unless you are sure you want the product, When its out their it is tooooo late . knows to well
