Cape Town,#2Consumer Suggestion
Wed, July 17, 2002
As a former complainant on this board, I persisted until I got hold of Bonzi's so-called customer support person, who goes by the name of Ty Christensen. The e-mail address is [email protected] Failing this, all these e-mail addresses work too... [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] But beware! Public relations clearly ain't their game. After complaining about being harrassed by pop-ups every 5-10 minutes over a period of 3 days, one of Ty's several shirty responses was: "I would also suggest that you dont download free software, it comes with some price, since we are in the business of selling software or services". Bonzi quite clearly have no interest in helping you rid your life of those unfortunate files. the way to do it is with Ad-Aware - it is a blessing to all those cannot rid their lives of Bonzi. It's free and it works!
