Its hard for me to believe that anyone can be so lacking in empathy for other people. They don't at all mind spending my money but are too cheap to spend their own. I paid alot of money to buy this house and I was supposed to retire here and live in peace. Instead I find out that the manager has lied on the disclosure form he gave me when I was applying to move into the park. He does not disclose that my propane supply line is embedded in a tree and inaccessible to anyone but a billy goat. This is a "retirement village". I am disabled. I have a wheelchair. I can't get to my mailbox because my wheelchair won't go over some of the many speedbumps blocking the path for pedestrians. He didn't disclose that there are water, sewage and propane leaks and the smell is so bad I don't go out in my yard anymore. There are no anti siphon devices on the hosebibs so I can't even wash my hands unless I boil the water first. There is a 2 acre dump infested with rats and I have assorted wild animals in my yard and rats in my house. I have had no heat or hot water since a week after I moved in. I can't cook food or wash dishes or bathe. I have to haul in bottled water. There are diseased trees dripping bug excrement all over everything. For over 10 years these people have been denying that the trees are diseased and refusing to treat the disease. Those trees are hanging over my house and preventing me from building a wheelchair ramp. My carpet and upolstery is ruined. None of these things were  disclosed to me. When I asked to have some of these things repaired I was threatened with a rent increase and harassed. I keep paying the rent but my house is flooding because tree roots have grown into the underground drain. These things have to be fixed and they obviosly have no intention of spending their own money. I need to build a wheelchair ramp. I resent being trapped in my home and having to buy another wheelchair because I can't drag it upstairs. I am tired of being manipulated and used by these people.

It's hard for me to believe that anyone can be so uncaring and selfish. People, before you trust a mobile home park with your loved one's life please look very closely. These places can be extremely dangerous. Most are not patrolled by law enforcement. The government agencies who are supposed to monitor these parks are on friendly terms with the park owners and valid complaints get swept under the rug. The county has juridiction only when there is a disaster. If I were an insurance compant no way would I get involved in mobile home parks and I don't understand who would insure these people for their own negligence.

Thank you for the opportunity to review this business.
