I ordered a 60 day supply of mioplex. After the 60 days I was still undecided but did not reoder. A few weeks later I received a mailing offer from Boland stating, "since I was an "established customer" I could receive the product for another 30 days for just shippng and handling."
Since I was undecided I figured another 30 days may help my decision on whether to remain taking the product. Before that 30 day supply was gone I received a fed ex package for another 60 day supply with a statement stating the product would be billed automatically to my credit card. The statement also listed a .com address (96.shoes.com) stating if I wanted to cancel my "established customer privileges" I had to go to the address and complete the removal form, which I just did. I was not informed that being an "established customer" meant billing my credit card automatically. Now its too late.
Even though I was not completely dissatisified with the product I will certaintly not re-order due to Bolands dishonest and fradulent credit card billing practices.
