Boland Naturals rip-off Cincinnati Ohio
I placed an order with this ompany through the internet and paid with a credit card. two months later a received an unsolicited "auto-ship" with an invoice showing they had already billed my card. I contacted the company and asked to return the product, at their expense, and that they credit my account. the representative refused to credit my account and stated they "have no refund or return policy". I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges and returned the product by certified mail.
I am awaiting resolution from the credit card company. I also filed a mail fraud inquiry with the US postal inspectors office. I have since become aware of the fine print stating I would be added to the auto-ship list, to which I unknowingly agreed, and have asked to be removed from the list. the major issue here is their NO REFUND, NO RETURN policy.
