Company sent additional product to me outside of the first number without me re-ordering and charged my credit cart without my consent.
The telephone number listed on my bank statement is just a loop number telling you to call another number to speak in english. When you call that number it tells you to call the first number.

Although the company name on this particular complaint is not "SlimStore", the URL given is ours, and links to our Ogoplex information page. Ogoplex is sold by several companies. SlimStore.com does not participate in any auto-reship programs, so the complaining party did not order from SlimStore, but ordered from a company that DOES participate in this type of "established customer program".
