I was ranked # 6 in the company for Sales with Body of Change in Florida and know all about their scam. My former boss and his asscociate both went to jail for ripping people off. I found out by accident because my paycheck was short $600.00. After getting the facts of what was truly going on I just couldn't work there anymore because of seeing innocent people get ripped off financially. If you try to cancel your membership its a real pain and they make it extremely difficult for you.

Their trainers are not truly qualified. Most of the Trainers they had on staff at the Lake Park fitness center in Florida were from the half way house. the only reason they were in shape was because they just got out of prison. The certification they received was from online and the answers were given to them.
Note: If your trainer does not have an ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) CPT or NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) CPT.
They are not qualified.
There are other certifications out there that come in second....some are ACE, ISSA, IFPA, and NASM.... but ACSM and NSCA are the best certs.
Sorry guys ...the truth is the truth...make sure your trainer has the proper credentials and experience to train you without causing injury or further injury...
Ask your trainer about baseline testing and Exercise Prescription...his or her thoughts...etc...
