bobs discount furniture wont honor goof proof west springfield massachusetts
I bought a 6 pc sectional with the goof proof warranty. I was told by the salesman, no matter what happens, just call and they will fix or replace any damaged item for 5 yrs. I had a party and now a few pieces have cigarette burns. I called to report it right away and because the damage is on a few pieces they will not honor the warranty.
I can never call again about the piece if there is any kind of damage. The warranty is null and void now. The warranty even states they cover cigarette burns...
They are only out for the commissions not the consumer. Dont pay the $200 protection, they wont honor it.
