Bobs discount furniture / guardian products Goof Proof The GOOF PROOF IS A JOKE saugus Massachusetts
I purchased a goof proof at Bobs discount furniture thinking that I was doing a great investment since I am a mother of two kids, and the youngest is a toddler, 2 years old. I was told that it covers mostly everything but they emphasizing ink , markers stains a lot. So, when my toddler wrote all over my sectional couch, I felt relieved and lucky that I was going to be covered by the goof proof protection. However, for my surprise, I was told that the incident was too extensive, and marker stain over 6 inches is considered preventable. Therefore , it is not covered. What?! She e-mailed me the exclusions, it says in small print that is not covered more than 6 inches. Like I could say to my toddler , be careful do not ruin my furniture more than 6 inches. I feel deceived . I called the Bob's store, she was polite but not helpful. So. I am feeling hopeless and frustrated.I hope nobody else falls at this scam.
