Just like my fellow BMG haters I ordered a cd on line and without my approval the company continues to send CD's I did not order and remove money from my checking account. I have contacted the company by phone and mail and to date have recieved no reply to cancel this so called account. I won't admitt to the account being mine because I never signed a contract. The whole thing is a figment of their imagination.

The company will send cd's you did not order and subtract the money from your bank account or send an invoice for payment. The music may or may not be to your liking. They do not care! If you are late paying the bill they will attach a late fee of $2.00. Notice they are not attaching interest.

BMG is a master scam so beware. They provide several P.O. box addresses for payment, return of CD's and customer questions and comments but no where will you find the terms of their contract, a person's name or representative of the comapny, a decent mailing address, a phone number, or even an email address. There are no instructions on how to cancel your so-called account but if you call the number 317-692-9200 there is an extension that allows you to punch in your account number and cancel the account. Not sure if this works though.

BMG if you're out their listening, you are not above the law. I want my money back!

Who's Unethical, BMG or Unscrupulous Customers?

The author of this report clearly states that she ordered CDs online, but then says she will not admit the account is hers because she has not signed a contract. I would say she's the unethical party here, not BMG. You may not think so, Raelyn, but you HAVE "signed" a contract. By virtue of joining the club and ordering CDs, you have agreed to the membership terms. You would not have received unwanted CDs if you had taken the time to respond to the Selection of the Month offers. It's unfortunate that deadbeats will end up making it more expensive for honest BMG customers. Be fair, and be honest (at least, with yourself). Ken Seattle, Washington
