BM Marketing Aka James Mccracken Aka The Ice Pond kdi shysters ripoff fraud business Scottdale AZ Arizona
I bought a camera on ebay. They said it would take 21 days to ship. As there was no hurry I sent a check.
I was contacted by others who had not received their cameras or computers. McKracken offered to switch me to a different camera but never was solid and wasn't a camera I wanted. Stopped answering phones or replying to emails. Eventually I spoke to Scottsdale police. OUtfit apparently is minors who sent ebay $$ to a warehouse in NJ (the guy there is now being prosecuted).
These kids said they were cleared of fraud but feel no concern over the people who were cheated through them. They may have been cheated also BUT - they change names at the drop of a hat, change email and phone ##s, lie on the phone about product and shipping.
That is not how a business should work. It is now a year later but I am still wanting to persue this (I abandoned with family death).
They still owe me $451.
