The advertisement is very misleading as to how easy the antenna is to use and how many channels can be received (over 90). Only 8 channels could be received and half of those had very poor signal. When I sent them an email requesting the required RMA number to return the antenna within the required 30 day period, I received no response. I continued emailing them with no response. They have no phone number listed in the advertisement or product literature.
