A customer came in with a falsified credit card, and a falsified ID. He attempted to purchase a car for $11,019.99 with the card, which was professionally made. It did not go through the first time, so the guy calls the bank and gets it approved. He did this, not us.
We run the card again, and it goes through. That day, they illegally took 11,019.99 from our bank account, and we did not find out about it until they took ANOTHER $11,900.99 about 3 1/2 weeks later. We find the illegal activity on behalf of Visa and Blueswipe, and ask them for our money back by taking them to court. We win in court.
They give us only $11,900.99 back instead of the whole $23,801 back, and are refusing us the rest of our money.
They committed a very illegal act and deserve the full extent of what the law could provide in correcting them and allowing them to learn the errors that come with doing illegal things with other people's money.
