BlueSEOMedia BlueSEO Rank NOT a trustworthy business, sells empty promises, Lemont Furnace Pennsylvania
I was called by Erika G. from BlueSEOMedia on 7/18/18, she gave me the sales pitch for the SEO service to guarantee first page placement of our business website on Google, Bing, Chrome and many other big search engines.
She kept calling the service Premium SEO. She said it was a one time fee of $180 for a year of their service. She also said they would never charge any more fees without contacting me first.
She said they were a BBB member with a A+ rating.(When I did my look up today on BBB I found out they are not only not a member they have an F rating)
I was to get an email with the login credentials for my "back office"/client area on their website. I never received that email.
I did receive a document they wanted signed stating I purchased a Medium level SEO service and that I would be automatically charged the yearly renewal fees unless I contacted them. I refused to sign the document.
I sent the company an email stating I would sign only after those issues were corrected. That was on 7/20/18. I sent another email on 7/30/18 stating the same after getting no response from the first email.
Erika had given me a direct phone number to call if I ever had any questions or concerns... it is the same number on their website...it just rings and then hangs up. I have tried multiple times to call and it never gets answered.
I got on their site and into the client area only after multiple log in attempts only to get kicked off anytime I try to look at anything on "my page" I also tried looking up my key words and my business is not listed on the major sites as promised.
I believe I was lied to and sold a product/service they will not or can not provide.
