BluePenguin has since refunded my money. While telling me [on 9/29/10] that they had refunded my money, they neglected to mention that it might take up to five business days for it to show up on my bank statement. The money was refunded [finally!] on 10/04/10. so I'm withdrawing my complaint against them. They may have a product which is not quite as good as they hype it to be; they may have something to learn about informing ex-customers just when they should expect their refunds [as I had specifically ASKED them to do] but they are not, [at least, to me,] lying thieves.
