Bluegreen Resorts Bluegreen Vacations, Bluegreen Corporation, Full of Lies, They Promised 50-75% off on Airfare, Promised to Buy my 5 Timeshares if I buy, Misrepresented Las Vegas Nevada
We were invited to attend this presentation in exchange for a 2 night stay for $100. We told the salesperson that we already own 5 timeshares and we don't intend to buy another one because we have not used those 5 timeshares. Our children don't want any of them because they don't want to pay the maintenance fees each year. The salesman made some promises that if we buy, he will have a company contact us to buy those timeshares from us so we can eliminate paying for maintenance fees. Another sales pitch was that their company offers 50-75% discount on airfares so my husband and I will pay only $500 round trip to the Philippines instead of $1200 per person. He also said that we can use our points for a cruise and save thousands of dollars.
Right after I came home, I checked all the information he gave me and to my disappointment, all were false information and everything was a total lie! I called the sales agent and I told him I want to cancel but he said wait until after January 1st because my name is not yet in the system. I called the telephone numbers provided in the contract but for 3 days their office was closed due to inclement weather according to the voice messages. The salesperson really pushed me to wait after the recission period so I will not be able to cancel. When I found out that he lied and he just wanted us to buy so he can get his commission, I called the bank to file a dispute on the charges even though it was past the recission period since Bluegreen Resorts committed fraud and misrepresentation, then I'm entitled to a refund.

I am a Bluegreen employee and we do not call anyone and tell them they won anything.
The way it works is you filled out a survey an entered into a sweepstakes, we call you and we advise you that since you completed the survey we would like to offer you a HIGHLY DISCOUNTED! Vacation.
3days 2night and the price is not refundable it is a paid vacation usually running for about 239 dollars, not per person or per night if you filled out our survey we give you that for a low price.
So either your lying or you did not talk to someone at the real Bluegreen resorts, we have over 60 locations across the country the last thing we have to do is scam someone out of 99 dollars.. Please check into the real reviews at bluegreen online.com.
And keep in mind there are scams out here but Bluegreen Resorts is not a company that does anything unethical .. Either you go have a great vacation and come home with a vacation membership or you go on a great inexpensive vacation with your family do a short preview and go home that's it :-)
