I'm an installer with Blue World Pools, I'm considered a sub-contractor. I see no wrong doing on thier part. If customers would take the time to actually go over the paper work and READ everything before they sign, then they would see that everything is perfectly LEGAL! Blue World does service their pools, but within reason. For example: If your liner gets ripped due to you having sharp objects in the pool or things that shouldnt be in there, then chances are that you will have to pay for it. I mean come on use some common sense. Also take into consideration that the installer doesn't have all day to wit around on you to get your part of the process together, you have very minimal stuff to accomplish. I noticed this in another post, where all the 'happy customers' of this company sound exactly the same. Again I say, it ALL SOUNDS THE SAME. Nobody talks like that... So far, that's about 5 happy customers who all talk the exact same way. What a crock.

First of all, this company DOES run illegal credit checks. See my post on this website:

In my post, toward the bottom are links to the FTC where you can also file a complaint. I also filed with the BBB of Atlanta and got a response from the company. I did not accept their response and rebutted. I don't expect much to be done, but they did say they would try to get the credit inquiry removed from my credit report. I am in the process of finding out if this claim can be filed in Small Claims Court
The saleman never got to the contract part because I called the meeting to an end after hearing $16,000 for an above ground pool. I could have had an in-ground pool put in for the same price and at a better interest rate. Even if I did buy, we would have never gotten past the contract because I am one of those rare people who read the fine print and will not sign unless t's are crossed and i's are dotted.
Secondly, I'm sorry, but I just don't believe these good feedback comments from supposed "Happy Customers". A backyard swimming pool in Manhattan !!!!????
If a person has enough money to afford the land in Manhattan to put a pool on, then I can bet money they're not paying 21-25% interest through Blue World to put in an above ground pool.
If they think paying double, a 21-25% interest rate and a lien on your property is a great deal, then maybe the training staff is right and the people who buy are stupid. You can get a better deal than that walking in off the street to a Finance Company like CitiFinancial or Beneficial.
Furthermore, are they paid endorsements, did the writers get some type of compensation or friends and family of Blue World Pools trying to save face with the public? I find it VERY difficult to swallow that a happy customer would even be doing research on the company AFTER the pool is installed let alone take the time to write a glowing review with the same phrases being used by all of them (quality family time, gatherings around the pool, swim sessions, grand, gala).

I am highly grateful to blue world pools for their enduring services that they have provided to my family and me. In fact I chose to get a blue wrold swimming pool installed as my brother insisted me to get one installed so that he can take a deep plunge in the personalized swimming pool to beat the scorching heat.
I guess I have been really lucky with blue world pool and I am still enjoying the pool and the services that I am getting from blue world pool. I got the pool installed three months back and the best part is that I still feel its new and my family and me are thoroughly enjoying our swimming sessions in the pool.
Blue world pool according to me is one of the most trustworthy and the best swimming pool dealers with whom one can get into a good deal and also enjoy a great customer session and a nice swimming session

I have been using a Blue World Swimming Pool for the past 2 years and let me tell you this is the best bargain I have made. Jayden it feels good to know know that someone other then me has had a good experience dealing with the this dealer. Let me tell you, initially I was very skeptical about working with them. But I thought let me take a chance and see, and let me tell you today I am thankful that I took the chance.
With the summer season coming up, there was chaos all around my house. My two boys and my husband were tired of the heat and getting frustrated sitting at home basically doing nothing. Thats when I got in touch with Blue World Pools, and got this swimming pool in my backyard. Trust me, I have never even for a second regretted my choice, my family loves to soak and lounge in the swimming pool. Thanks Blue World Pools, you are simply the best!

The guys from Blue World Pools came to my place. They gathered my whole family kids and all in the living room and started talking about the pools that they cna insatll in my backayrd. Now my kids were really excited about this as most of their friends had a pool at home, wanted one of their own.
They convinced me to buy the pools, but I had heard many things about people being taken for a ride by pool dealers and so one. Naturally I was skeptical about doing with any pool dealer, and it was my wife and kids who convinced me to do business with this Blue World Pool guys. It had been 3 years now, there is a pool in my backyard and this has been working just perfectly. SO far I have faced no trouble.
And guess what, the pool dealer I dealt with is Blue World Pools. I paid them the amount that they had quoted in the first place and let me tell you the qulaity that they give is excellent. Blue World Pools were surprisingly very easy to do business with. Now if anyone asks me for a recommendation for installing swimming pools, i would undoubetedly say it is Blue World Pools they should deal with.
