Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
me and my family were very desperate for a pool so we would contract anyone.

so when we went to blue haven we asked for a pool and they said that they will get the paper work and pool types, etc.

so yea we signed all the contracts and got the permits to do the pool, then the problems started.

in my subdivision, the only entrance was to go by the walking trails ( city property) and there was a sign that said if damage is done to the property there will be a fine of $1,500. and when we told blue haven about that, they said that they will get a ultra light weight tractor but you have to pay an additional 500 bucks. we said no. so yea, like 3 more weeks passed, they finally said that they will not charge for the tractor. When the workers came they saw the sign and were worried and talked to angie (secretary). she said to just go. so when they "tore" off the fence, i told them if the "ultra light tractor" will damage the grass, they said that they didnt have the light tractor and there was no such thing. so we said no, and told them to find another enterance. so they found an entrance and did the work through there. THEY LEFT MY YARD A WREAK!! we told blue haven about that and they said that they will not fix it. so my son and me had to buy grass and cement for the sidewalk (the tractor broke).

when the pluming guy came he accidentally broke my comcast fiber optic cable.

and blue haven wouldnt fix that. i was so pissed that i restricted them from entering my property and had a argument with the manager.

so then like a month or 2 passed and granted access to my property. so the cement went well. but when the brick people were gonna come in they said that they didnt have the brick we wanted and we had to put another one.

i mean that cant they order the brick that we wanted??

so the plaster went well and yea.

so when we filled it up with water, we saw that the cement workers had done all the pool out of level, like it was build tilted. which sucked. i didnt want to go back to blue haven cause that will start a whole new problem.

so yea right now to this day i still have my pool all tilted .
