Blue Haven Pools Ontario BEWARE- DO NOT USE BLUE HAVEN POOL COMPANY !! Ontario California
I would like to warn all of the people out there that are looking to build a swimming pool. Unfortunately, we went with Blue Haven Pools. They came out to the house and told us everything we wanted to hear. The sales man kept telling us, "yes, we can do that when the time comes, upgrades are no problem you just have to pay for them".
When it came time for the upgrades, it was a problem. We were told we could not do them and the sales man who told us that no longer works there. That was only the begining of the nightmare with this company. The work was not up to standars and the plumbing was done completely wrong. They plumbed the jacuzzi switch underwater so it shorts out every three to four months. My husband and I have been trying to get them to come out and fix this for about six months now and they wont even return our phone calls. We are unable to use this switch to operate the jacuzzi. I dont know how they are going to fix this problem considering the plumbing needs to be changed and the pool is done.
We also have a stain in the plaster that covers the entire deep end of the pool. They came out once and acid washed it however, it did not remove it and now like I said, they will not return our calls, after several months of calling them on a constant basis.
The supervisors at Blue Haven are very unprofessional and uncaring. What they say is not what you get. When we call them they either have their secretary say they are on the other line and will call back (which never once has happened) or they just dont come to the phone. I have never in my life delt with people that turn their backs on you like the people at Blue Haven Pools. I really hope whoever is reading this takes it into great consideration before selecting this pool company. The entire process was awful.I also have a few frinds at work who used Blue Haven also and they are in a worse situation than we are if you can believe that. There pool is done and wont pass inspection. Since Blue Hven already has the money, they wont return their calls either or come out and fix it so that it will pass.
Please read all of the complaints before choosing this company. I did but just thought, "every now and again people have problems with construction". My advise to anyone out there is to expect Blue Haven to treat you the way they are treating us and if thats something you think you can live with then this company may work. After you give them that last chech though dont expect to ever hear back from them or get a problem fixed.
