My company ordered 2,500 Vol. 1 catalogs and 2,500 Vol. 2 catalogs. When we received the catalogs we were missing 200 from Vol. 1 and missing 38 from Vol. 2. In addition to the missing catalogs, in total, 144 were damaged. We immediately called Blue Diamond Press and they said that the damages occurred after they were shipped. To clarify this mistake we sent 16 photos of the damages via email and requested a full refund stating we would mail them all back. Mark said no and refused to let me speak with anyone else in the company to resolve the issue. He was vulgar, rude and neglected to return our call promptly as we requested after letting him know this is a time sensitive matter. He also did not reply to the emails we sent with photos detailing the damages.

When I finally got Mark on the phone he said "It is standard in the printing industry to be short on catalogs" and then offered a 500.00 credit on our next purchase with them. I informed him that after his extreme lack of professionalism and poor quality catalogs "We do not want to further business with your company, no thank you." Mark said "no company would even offer that I am being generous." He refused to give us even a portion of our money back for damages and missing catalogs and refused to even rectify the situation. He then became loud and continued to make excuses for the poor quality and numerous mistakes Blue Diamond made. He even said "The damaged catalogs were mock up’s that were accidently sent to you." There were cutting mistakes, some were not bound correctly, and there were issues with the paper, ink bleeding and even color differences. I have pictures detailing the numerous damages.

This was our first and will be our last time ever working together. Once they had our money they no longer cared about customer service. Mark refused to allow us to speak with anyone else. Blue Diamond Press has NO professionalism and their customer service is beyond reproach. He made promises just to get our business and did not deliver.

while writing this rip off I got a call from Gary from Blue Diamond press and he began to justify the printing quality, I quickly let him know that there are more issues beyond printing quality. Gary kept talking in circles, talking over me, not letting me explain to him the issues. Gary also stated that he believed were sending him images of of only one catalog even though they previously stated they "accidently sent up mock up's"  I then stated clearly if you are not going to give us a refund then do not continue to the office. Gary completely disregarded what I said and continued on with excuses. We have tried to resolve this and asked for a refund for at least the missing and damaged catalogs and Gary refused. This place is beyond words. I warn you all do not use this company learn from our mistake.
