Complaint Review: Blubonic Industries Inc - 35% percent food grade hydrogen peroxide BEWARE! - Los Angeles California

Three (3) ‘rip-off-reports’ were filed by the same person under different names between 4/22/18 and 6/10/18. We accidentally posted rebuttals to the wrong report and a couple didn't appear, so they were duplicated. Below are our responses to this ‘food grade hydrogen peroxide -direct competitor’s’ ridiculous unsubstantiated claims. (see #9 below where the author inadvertently reveals this).

1) "Blubonic Industries Inc." sounds like a major company with production facilities, warehouses, sales staff, technical staff and more, doesn't it? Even more so if there were hundreds of reviews of it, confirming it is 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide. Certainly, it must be real 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide. Otherwise it couldn't be on Amazon and at the top of the search page. You would think so. Would it surprise you to learn all of that is false, a con-job and trickery by someone in a small apartment in L.A. California?

RESPONSE: Blubonic Industries adheres to the most exacting standards of the Foods Chemical Codex (FCC). Our products are manufactured, packaged and stored under current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) per 21CFR part 211 in registered and inspected facilities, not an apartment.

2) If you search Amazon (April 24, 2018) for "35 percent food grade," you will find "Blubonic Industries Inc." food grade hydrogen peroxide. Neither the title nor label state 35% or any concentration, nor does the product description say what concentration it is. Rather, it talks about "indicated" concentration and that the concentration level is what he has determine is "safe" to handle.    

RESPONSE: Presently Amazon limits the concentration to 12%, so 35% is only available on the www.blubonic.com website, and 12% is only available on Amazon. The concentration is listed by volume and is indicated in the title, description, and on the bottle shown in the images, including buyer posted images. There is no ambiguity whatsoever regarding the concentration. The 12% limit on Amazon is their decision, no relevance to what we feel is safe or unsafe to handle.

3) If you scroll down you will see over 400 reviews praising it as 35%. The price is for 35%. All those reviews vouching for it as 35% is VERY impressive, aren't they? Certainly then it is 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide, isn't it?  No. it is not 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide. It is a scam, a lie, and a con-job buy by an apartment-based seller. Amazon does not even allow 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide to be listed. Amazon allows no higher concentration than 12%. This is worth repeating.

RESPONSE: When 35% was available on Amazon, there were over 400 reviews praising it as 35%. To the contrary, the current listing on Amazon is for 12%, and there are to date 120 reviews praising it as 12%, not over 400 praising it as 35%.

4) Not ONE of the product reviews on his Amazon listings - any of them - talking about 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide have ANYTHING to do with what he is selling, nor were they posted in review of what is in the listings. It's just a very skillful trick.

RESPONSE: Correct, as stated above, Amazon presently limits the concentration to 12%, so aside from a few buyers who left their review of 35% on the listing for 12% after the 35% listing was removed, all of the reviews on the 12% listing are about the 12% hydrogen peroxide, verified by the red “Verified Purchase” tag directly under the title (you can actually sort the reviews to view only verified purchases and see). While many Amazon sellers use dishonest review practices to try and boost their sales, make no mistake, we feel lying to the public is abhorrent. It also isn’t difficult to spot fake reviews, and the foolish sellers who employ these tactics serve only to discredit and undermine their own reputation.

5) Blubonic Industries Inc. by searching appears to be just is a rental drop box in a UPS store in a run down part of Los Angeles and the "facility" manufacturing it is a small, old Los Angeles apartment.     

RESPONSE: The address 1905 Wilcox Ave Ste 311, Los Angeles CA, 90068 address is a UPS store with business and private mail boxes. It’s our ‘mailing’ address, not the physical location of our manufacturing, shipping, or administration offices. Not that it bears any relevance, but to again correct this competitor’s grossly false and misleading comments, the address is located in Hollywood Heights, a neighborhood within the Hollywood Hills, not quite the ‘run down’ part of Los Angeles the rip-off-report author would have you believe.  

6) "Blubonic" is a strain of marijuana.

RESPONSE: We derived the name Blubonic from the “very pale blue” description used in scientific terminology to describe the appearance of hydrogen peroxide, not from a strain of cannabis. That being said, we judge not, and certainly do not judge people who use the medicinal cannabis plant.

7) Blubonic Industries Inc. is registered to "Jerome John" at 1335 N. La Brea, Los Angeles, California 90028 according to his filing for a trademark. The address is a small apartment complex. Note, no proof of identity is required to file for a trademark. There is no way to now if that is his real or full name.

RESPONSE: We aren’t sure what this claim is trying to imply, but Blubonic Industries is a subsidiary registered to Jerome John Ind. The address at 1335 N La Brea Ste 2 was the previous business mailing address located on the street level of an apartment complex above. The name Jerome John Ind. is the company name and has no relation to the name(s) of company owners.

8) He given (I think they mean ‘he gives’) no phone number on his website. Ever heard of "industries" with no phone number?

RESPONSE: Our phone number has always been listed at the bottom of every page on our website: 323-762-5551.

9) For Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide, there are TWO questions to ask: 1. Is it clearly stated to be 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide? Not "indicated." Not "reduced from."   2. Is the seller registered per new federal regulations concerning 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security? We are. If the seller is not, figure the odds the seller has 35% to sell or reduce from are just about zero.

RESPONSE: Since we’ve already addressed #1, well address #2. “Is the seller registered per new federal regulations concerning 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security? We are.” …For anyone who missed this, what the rip-off-report author just inadvertently revealed in the last statement is that they are a food grade hydrogen peroxide direct competitor. Considering there are about 2 other ‘brands’ of food grade hydrogen peroxide, both of which are owned by the same questionable ‘bottler’, you can draw your own conclusion about their identity. If I were looking for food grade hydrogen peroxide, this fact would be very disconcerting.

It may not come as a big surprise but Blubonic Industries actually does not launder drugs and drug money through Amazon. 

Amazon restricted the sale of 35% hydrogen peroxide. This isn't a secret. That's the reason it's reduced to 12% now on Amazon. A few people may have inadvertantly left a review for the 35% on the listing for 12% when Amazon removed the listing for 35% and this would be evident by the missing 'Verified Purchase' tag under the reviewer name which nearly every review on the listing has.

This ripoffreport post has also been identified as coming from a seller on Amazon who sells hydrogen peroxide under the disguise of two different company names, both having multiple listings with poor product reviews and ratings.

 We can't imagine anyone taking seriously the utter nonsense written in the FOURTY EIGHT paragraphs by this person, but if there's any question, the 'failing competitor' slipped up in pararagh 30 when he writes, "Is the seller registered per new federal regulations concerning 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security? We are." -Um, you are? You're registered per new federal regulations concerning 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security? Oops. Admitting your a competitor is not exactly something you want to reveal in a 48 paragraph tirade of lies attempting to slander your competiton. The fact that we offer not only a legitimate alternative to your obvious unprofessional basement bottling operation, but a far superior product on every level, gives you great concern because it's caused your business -selling under at least 2 different company names on Amazon, to fail. You hopelessly flood Amazon with duplicate listings under the two company names with slightly different labels, constantly trying to avert the negative reviews your products receive, and seemingly trying to fool the public into believing that your two companies aren't related, albeit a horrible attempt. 35% is no longer allowed on Amazon, therefore we no longer offer 35% on Amazon. The concentration percentage is always printed on the label. The paragraphs of defamatory rhetoric you've posted show your clear and obvious ulterior motivations, as opposed to a genuine concern about a legitimate issue.

Selling illegal drugs online is common. Did know Amazon was being used before. His using Amazon for selling illegal drugs is smart. Amazon is both the middle man and money launderer. 

Amazon probably has filters for words like "marijuana" to block, but not varieties of marijuana like blubonic that all potheads know is the strongest marijuana. Amazon would maybe block "Marijuana Industries Inc," but that is exactly what the Amazon account and business name of Blubonic Industries Inc means to every pothead. It means he is a mariuana dealer. His outrsight says his industry is marijuana. 

Clever how he snuck that past Amazon. The website with smoke coming out of his apartment and his showing drug lab test tubes and microscope is more code language he really is selling drugs. The word blubonic only has one defintion. Marijuana. Blubonic means nothing else but marijuana. 

He probably is selling more blubonic marijuana off his Amazon d'liminone citric acid listings than his misleading Amazon 35% hydrogen peroxide  listings. He sells d'limonine citris acid for $100 a gallon. Citric acid cleaner is less than $20 a gallon retail at a store. No one would pay his prices for any of his products unless they were stupid or getting something else too. He could buy citric acid bulk for much less than than even $20 and he sells it for $100. No one charges $100 for a gallon of citric acid. This allows him at least a $70 profit oer sale.

Selling drugs thru Amazon is a smart. He ships them the product. The customer receives it and also another package with the blubonic marijuana coming by mail with a fake return address. Because he shipped the d'liminone or hydrogen peroxide it all seems legitimate. There is no proof that he sent the illegal drugs, the customer can deny ordering it, and the money is laundered thru Amazon. By not having a phone number on his website communication can only be by email. He can deny ever seeing the email and the buyer deny sending it. With Amazon in the middle and all the jurisdictions it is hard to prove a case against him. He as the drug dealer and the customer never even met and can be across the country from each other. 

The $70 profit from the Amazon sale would get the buyer 1/8th ounce of blubonic marijuana at street rate. This makes him $560 an ounce, $8,960 a pound and $25,000 a kilogram. He may grow it himself. If he buys kilos he is making over $15,000 a kilo. Amazon takes a cut off their fees. Amazon has deniability unless they get tagged like FedEx did over illegal prescription drugs with the government claiming they should have known.

It is surprising Amazon would even allow a company and product name to be an illegal drug name that blubonic aka marijuana is. Every pothead knows that blubonic is very strong marijuana. Amazon may not know what blubonic is. Why not Amazon's Heroin Industries, Inc., Cocaine Industries Inc., Opiodes Industries Inc.?
