I ordered a "super sized colourful garden basket" for my mom for Mother's Day from an online company called "Bloomex".  She received the order late and it was not what I ordered, instead she got a small bouquet of half wilted flowers.  When I called to complain, they assured me that they would resend the correct basket.  

After 6 days, my Mother received 2 small baskets, of which the outsides of the baskets were covered in dirt and plants that were nowhere near the ones shown online.  Some of the plants were not even in the dirt, they were thrown on top of the basket.  After Bloomex asked for pics before they could "investigate", I was furious.  With help from relatives, my mother sent me pics of her botched gift.   

After sending the pics to Bloomex, they responded by leaving me a voice message stating that they agreed that the delivery was damaged but could not refund me because they had sent out the delivery twice....  Now this made no sense to me so I requested a call from a manager.  The manager called and said again that they could not refund my credit card but could a offer store credit.  I explained that I was not satiisfied and did not want store credit.  Since they did not live up to their end of the transaction, I want a refund for the basket.  She refused and also refused to give me the owner's name, phone number or email address. They said to send them an email for the owner and they would forward it.  I have sent them the email and now I await a response.

I am not holding my breath.  This company rips people off and should be stopped.
