As a professional consultant to this company doing business in California, I have observed directly the business actions of the owners and company. The comments I am responding to come from a very angry and bitter sales person who knew at the time of hire the duties and responsibilities of the position. The person reaped the profits while the construction era was strong and the telephone was ringing off the hook. The 1099 issued on the earnings will support this. The complaintant has notified every government agency that will listen, and as a result audits have been conducted and the findings do not totally relate to what the complaintant is alluding to. The former sales person gets very personal by attacking them as individuals and even lowers his/herself to a low in regard to talking about their son who is indeed mentally challenged and who needs constant attention. The Lozano's take care of their elder parents, one with Alheimerz in their home as well as their son. The son is only able to work intermittently, but pays for his own car. The sales prices of the products are average in comparison to the overall market and set by Hunter Douglas. A moderate profit margin is added to the cost as in most cases and no different than Home Depot or other large corporations. The decrease in the economy is causing a decrease in sales for the company as well as for all other business entities not in real estate related and that includes restaurants, coffee shops, truckers, etc. The monthly rents, employee taxes, are paid every month including the licensed professional installers that they use. The complaintant does not have access to the accounting or books and is only alluding to actions that are not fact. The claimant knew the term and conditions of the position and yet fails to address his/her own inadequacies for making mistakes and asking the owners to pay for them. The Lozanos take vacations as they should but certainly not gone more than 3-4 weeks a year. Ted Lozano works 14+ hour days and is entitled to time off. They file their income tax returns and pay accordingly. The receptionist is a very competent employee and handles customer calls as best possible given whatever knowledge she has at her disposal. This is not to say you should trust everyone in business or non-business entities, but a prudent buyer should always compare prices and not be allowed to be influenced by one person. Talk to other customers and get first hand information about the service, the product, and the price. Ask for a guarantee if there is any doubt and get the mechanic lien release so suncontractors cannot come to you later for payment. The State Contractor's Board has guidelines available on their website for your perusal. I hope this helps and may the reader understand that a misgruntled sales person or employee as being claimed can certainly hurt a business and it's up to the buyer to distinguish that from true customer complaints.

I have worked for Blinds 4 Less for many years. Jessica worked there with me. She would not provide the customer service needed or wouldnt follow up with her clients so she was released. Once fired she was upset so she said some bad things that are not true. Blinds 4 Less would be glad to offer thousands of refrences of clients we have made happy!
